I am Dr. Roger Ruiz Moreno, a recognized plastic surgeon in Sincelejo, specialist in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery. I graduated from the University of El Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I am a member of the Colombian Society of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery.
Together with my wife, Soraya Ramírez, and a highly qualified team, I lead the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Center in Sincelejo, where we offer plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery, non-invasive aesthetic treatments, and postoperative recovery programs.
