The diode laser hair removal system is a highly precise light-emitting system designed with small diodes and semiconductors that together create a beam of light to achieve selective photothermolysis (for permanent facial and body hair removal).

The 3D Ice diode laser features three wavelengths: 755, 808, and 1064 nm, ensuring superior hair removal compared to other lasers.

Diode laser hair removal differs from other similar systems mainly because it uses a longer wavelength than other available options on the market (between 800–810 nm versus 640 IPL, or 755 nm of the Alexandrite laser, for example). This allows it to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin and the hair follicle.

At Vivante, we perform diode laser hair removal with the 3D system, the only one that achieves permanent hair removal with a success rate of 90% to 95%, unlike other types of lasers which reach only around 70% effectiveness.
