Dr. Edgar Beltrán, a doctor graduated from the University of Caldas and a specialist in psychiatry from the Universidad del Valle, has an extensive academic and professional career. For 20 years, he was a professor of Psychiatry at the Technological University of Pereira and later served as dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the same institution.
