About Intiser Psicología y Arte
IntiSer Psicología y Arte, with more than 11 years of experience, is a space that offers comprehensive therapeutic services to promote self-exploration, creativity and potentialization of being. We accompany you on your path of healing, personal development and self-awareness, through cognitive-behavioral therapy and art. We have extensive experience in psychotherapeutic accompaniments in anxiety and depression, training in emotion management.
What will you find in the sessions?
Our sessions are remote (virtual), from the comfort of your home you can have your attention through psychology.
This will be your safe space where you can share your life experiences, your emotions, desires, thoughts, pains and joys.
Some sessions will use the arts as a means of expression, in other sessions techniques from the cognitive behavioral model of psychology will be used.
The sessions are designed according to the needs of each client.
Psychologist Zayda Díaz, founder of IntiSer, is a graduate of the Simón Bolívar University in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia, a candidate for a Master's degree in Neuropsychology, with extensive experience in mental health and clinical care.
