Doctor Jorge Eskaff Blel, doctor graduated from Universidad del Norte. His interest in psychiatry inspired him to specialize as a psychiatrist completing his postgraduate studies at Universidad El Bosque y Clínica Monserrat en 1998. His professional training includes a specialization in Health Services Management, and he is also an Associate Coach.
He has held the position of President of the Asociación Psiquiátrica del Atlántico and served as a professor at the Faculty of Clinical Psychology and Psychiatry of the Universidad del Norte, Universidad Simón Bolivar, Universidad San Martin and Universidad de la Sabana.
