I am Dr. Wilman Gutiérrez González, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Barranquilla. I graduated as a medical doctor from Universidad del Norte, completed my residency in General Surgery at Hospital Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Rio de Janeiro, and specialized in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the Carlos Chagas Institute in Rio de Janeiro. I also completed a fellowship in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery at the prestigious Ivo Pitanguy Institute in Rio de Janeiro.

I am a proud member of the Colombian Society of Plastic Surgery (SCCP) and an international member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). My mission is to enhance the natural beauty of my patients with safety and precision, combining advanced technology with the latest plastic surgery techniques from Brazil.

Among my specialties, I perform HD liposculpture, a technique that removes fat deposits in areas such as the neck (double chin), arms, trunk, abdomen, buttocks, hips, knees, calves, and ankles, sculpting the body to achieve a slimmer, more defined, and harmonious silhouette.
