About Orientación vocacional y talento natural:
Edgar Beltrán, psychiatrist, consultant and licensee in the Benziger Method and
Diana Milena Jaramillo, clinical psychologist and integrative psychology consultant, offers young people and adults the methodology to identify natural talent and help school and work performance and determine vocational guidance.
What do we do?
Advice on techniques to identify Natural Talent as the innate ability to think, deduce and act in certain areas of life in which we have maximum performance yet to be enhanced.
Professional orientation in the natural talent of parents so that they acquire cognitive skills that allow them to identify the natural talent of their children and thus stimulate their mental potential that facilitates high academic, occupational and professional performance.
Our methodology is applicable from adolescence, since it facilitates vocational guidance and in adults it favors the identification of natural talents that have not yet been explored.
If for various reasons, people do not use their natural talent, they will require a great mental effort to achieve an acceptable academic performance and high levels of stress may appear and generate psychosomatic illnesses.
This methodology is unique, because it identifies innate mental potentialities unlike other methodologies that identify learned skills and do not always correspond to natural talent.
How do we do it?
A questionnaire is applied to parents, to identify the natural talent or dominant thought they possess and they are taught to identify not only their natural talent, but also that of their children so that they achieve better performance in different areas of life (school, family and social) and in their personal relationships.
What are the benefits?
It provides neuroscientific information and management strategies for people who have not been able to fully develop their dominant hemisphere or their natural talent, and who are generating traits of personal insecurity, high levels of stress, difficulty managing emotions, anxiety symptoms, difficulties with interaction, maladaptive disorders, job or school desertion, proclastination, development of positive self-esteem, Bournout, psychosomatic disorders, interpersonal conflicts due to non-assertive communication among many other aspects that need to be faced individually or in a group.
