Golden milk or Haldi doodh is a hot and spiced drink that is considered a culinary gem from India and Ayurvedic medicine.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk or vegetable drink
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- Honey or stevia (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a cup of milk.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend or put the mixture in a milk frother milk.
- Serve in a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
