Nutritional recommendations for the allergic atopic patient:

  1. Do not consume fermented dairy products (cheeses, yogurt, butter, Kumis, cream cheese) you can only eat Colanta cheese or curd.
  2. Do not consume pork or its derivatives Example: sausages, salamis, hams, etc. Chicken, turkey or lamb ham is allowed.
  3. Do not consume chocolate derivatives nuts or peanuts.
  4. Do not consume citrus fruits, watermelons or strawberries.
  5. In critical periods, fish and eggs should be suppressed for a month. Then consume these products every fifteen days, this means when you have your allergy present like  respiratory, gastrointestinal or dermatological.


Permitted:

Banana, papaya, mango, ripe, guava, non-chubby milano tomato.

Personal hygiene recommendations for the allergic atopic patient:

  1. Body wash once a day only.
  2. Medicated soap once or twice a week.
  3. Hydration of the skin at least 3 times a day with moisturizing or moisturizing lotions recommended by your doctor.
  4. You should never expose yourself to the sun unnecessarily.
  5. For no reason should the allergic patient be AUTOMEDICATED because his physical integrity may be jeopardized, either topically or systemically.

Clothing hygiene recommendation:

  1. Liquid soaps should be used and not in bar Ex .: Soflan Woolite or Vel rosita.
  2. After rinsing the clothes, it should be left with only water for a period of one hour, to completely remove soap residue.
  3. Clothing must be 100% cotton, not polyester, or Lycras.
  4. The use of the disposable diaper should be wide, not tight. The child must wear a flannel or cotton shorts that are always dry before the diaper, and this must be removed at the time of feeling wet.
  5. The mattress and pillows should be lined. Do not use curtains, rugs, or plush dolls. These should be lined in extensible plastic (osmotic) that can be purchased in chain stores (the 14th).
