Nutritional recommendations for the allergic atopic patient:
- Do not consume fermented dairy products (cheeses, yogurt, butter, Kumis, cream cheese) you can only eat Colanta cheese or curd.
- Do not consume pork or its derivatives Example: sausages, salamis, hams, etc. Chicken, turkey or lamb ham is allowed.
- Do not consume chocolate derivatives nuts or peanuts.

Banana, papaya, mango, ripe, guava, non-chubby milano tomato.
Personal hygiene recommendations for the allergic atopic patient:
- Body wash once a day only.
- Medicated soap once or twice a week.
- Hydration of the skin at least 3 times a day with moisturizing or moisturizing lotions recommended by your doctor.
- You should never expose yourself to the sun unnecessarily.
- For no reason should the allergic patient be AUTOMEDICATED because his physical integrity may be jeopardized, either topically or systemically.
Clothing hygiene recommendation:
